The Trance Caused by a Grabber Truck

There was a grabber truck tearing down the last parts of a rotted playground across the street.  We went to watch from the window, and it was amazing how it "grabbed" the boys' attention.

Arts and Crafts

Oliver absolutely loves arts and crafts, and eagerly accepts any painting, finger painting, water color, gluing, sticker, coloring (with markers!), or cutting job.  We usually do arts and crafts while Aiden takes his morning nap.

Aiden 11 Months

Aiden continues to be quite the entertainer.  He is so joyful, enthusiastic, social, and curious.

Whenever I am cooking in the kitchen, he will play quietly for a bit, but very soon, he is pulling up on my legs to see what I am doing.  He is quite content with me carrying him around as I prepare our meals in the kitchen.  Now, if only I had a third arm...

Coffee with Oliver

Oftentimes at breakfast, Oliver will pretend his water or orange juice is "coffee" like his Daddy has.  He says, "Be careful, don't touch, it's hot coffee."

I had a sore throat for a few days, so I was drinking tea and thought it would be fun to make some for Oliver.  He felt very big.  Can you tell?

Hiding with Aiden

Aiden has found our bathroom cabinets.  He fits so perfectly!

He also loves having a flashlight.  When we're not ready to get out of bed in the morning (Aiden is an early riser!), a flashlight will entertain him on the floor in our room for at least 10 minutes.  A great 

"snooze" tactic (especially on a Saturday!).
